PORTAL IC has 5 corporative industrial and logistics condominiums. They are located with easy access to Brazil’s main ports and highways.

There are approximately 320K m² (3.4 mil ft²) of modular warehouse space. Units measure in sizes between 500 and 22,000 m² (5,381 to 236,800 ft²). Each unit built to perfection to customize your business needs.

Timeline

The group’s first venture, Portal da Serra is in Pinhais and features 70 thousand meters of building area, including modular warehouses and office areas. Its modern infrastructure, detailed maintenance and high-level security helped to build the tradition of Portal IC.

Privileged for its location, Portal Aeroporto has the honor of being next to the Afonso Pena airport a mere 800 meters from the Air Freight Terminal. It was the second industrial and logistics condominium idealized by the group and is today considered one of the best in the Metropolitan Region of Curitiba.

700 meters from the East Ringroad Access (Trevo do Contorno Leste) on the BR-116, that gives access to São Paulo, Paranaguá, Porto Alegre, Santa Catarina, North of Paraná and Foz do Iguaçu, the Portal dos Mananciais stands out for the abundant nature in its region. 37 thousand square meters of building area on a lot of nearly 400 thousand square meters, offering comfort, innovation and quality of life for workers.

With around 30 thousand m² of building area amid a lot of 150,000 m², Portal do Itupava will preserve Portal IC’s strategic location standard, positioned close to BR 277, in Quatro Barras.
